The Lansky Natural Arkansas Sharpening system is designed to give your knife a razor sharp edge, every single time. The patented Lansky system makes it easy to sharpen with a steady angle, which provides you with optimal results. You secure the knife in a clamp, where the guiding system provides a steady angle during sharpening. The Natural Arkansas system uses sharpening stones made of Novaculite, which are won in Arkansas. It is therefore possible that the stones show slight discoloration. This has no effect whatsoever on the sharpening capabilities.
